Don't forget, excess weight can put you at increased risk of health issues.

Working towards a healthier weight and keeping the weight off can help reduce your risk of health problems in the long term. Let's look after the Temple of the Holy Spirit.

SOUL - Task 2

"In the multitude of my anxieties within me, Your comforts delight my soul." (Psalm 94:19)

TASK - Make a list of all your anxieties and any other feelings that try to neutralise your faith. Write them down on a piece of paper.

When you pray, ask God to help you to trust in Him and teach you to wait on Him patiently.

SPIRIT - Task 2

Continue practicing yesterday's task, meditating on God's word, first thing in the morning and last thing in the evening. Meditate on this passage today, 1 Corinthians 6:12-20.

Also, decide to read a book during the 21 Days Fast of Daniel. Find below a suggestion of books that will edify your spirit:

- In the Footsteps of Jesus

- The Holy Spirit

- The John Challenge (21 Days)

- The Disciple of the Holy Spirit

- The Gold and the Altar

In case you don't have any of these books, you can read the Gospel of John. Read one chapter a day.
